IndieGoWeb Ltd provides custom web development, software solutions, process automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in any work we create for you will be assigned to you upon full payment. We retain the right to use non-confidential elements of our work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials you provide to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndieGoWeb Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
